Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a snifter. Clear light Amber with small white head. Aroma is tart, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is caramel, some bourbon, and vinegar.

Draft. Grass, grapefruit peel, and biscuit malt aroma. Golden yellow with large white head. Very lightly sweet citrus biscuit malt, and moderately strong bitter dry hay flavor. Good body. An excellent saison

Draft. Chocolate oat malt and dry hay aroma. Dark chestnut brown with large head. Mildly sweet chocolate oat malt and moderately bitter herbal hay flavor. Nice body. Tasty.

Draft. Light berry, hibiscus, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Ruby red with small head. Sweet-tart hibiscus, berry, biscuit malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Okay body. Good but one dimensional.

Draft. Lactic lemon, wheat malt, coriander, and straw aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with minimal head. Sweet-tart lactic lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and straw flavor. Good body. Not very sweet - very good.

Tap at J’s. Deep brown to black with little head. Light mint and herbal nose with some chocolate malt. Cacao and mint, grass and herbs. A little weird on the finish. Herbal and grassy black IPA, but a tad thin.

Draft. Orange, mango, caramel malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with moderate head. Moderately sweet orange, mango, caramel malt, and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/pine flavor. Nice body. Very solid.
