Super bright and ultra hazy golden coloured body with a nice two to three centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat for a long time and leaves a subtle haze on the sides of the glass and a fairly ugly lace. Aroma of bright, strong citrus fruit with the additional bitterness of blood oranges noticeable and a touch of yeast, with a lot of the wheat of course and somehow even more citrus, but this time in the form of curacao and candied notes - very nice in the nose. Medium-bodied; Rich wheatie profile at first that shows a lot sweetness and somehow more of the orange and citrusey elements than I was expecting with an almost juicy and pungent profile that seems to battle between a lighter and subdued wheat-based beer with one that provides a lot of flavours and range. Aftertaste shows some very nice honey and caster sugar sweetness, all sitting on top of the citrus that is detected towards the end, with a lot of enjoyable soft yeast and wheatie notes that make this a bit more enjoyable than expected. Overall, a very nice and robus, super citrusey beer that shows a great level of sweetness and a lot of wheats that give this a great range and profile with a subdued but complex finish. This one was very nice to try and well-recommended for the summer, but not here in Wisconsin, but rather in the Mid-Atlantic states like Washington! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Hy- Vee Grocery in Madison, Wisconsin on 08-August-2021 for US$3,99 sampled on the train from Washington to New York to head right back to Alaska, on 04-October-2021.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of peach, pineapple, cantaloupe, citrus peel. Pours murky pus yellow with a two finger cream-white head with excellent retention and lace. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with flavors like the aroma descriptors.

The Aromas are totally strawberry dominant with maybe some vanilla and orange in there somewhere. Open the can and strawberries whack you. Flavors are like nose with the orange coming through more. Good balance between sweet, carbonation and a little bitter. Very tasty beer but I don't know why they call it an IPA. Wonder what it would be like minus the Hops.

Absolutely unreal - one of the sweetest coconut stouts I’ve ever had but with a good warming finish. And a brewery that serves Indian food?!? Bliss.
