Bottle shared at Andrew's B-day Bash. Pours a thick, chocolate milk-like deep brown with no head. Huge vanilla notes with peppery rye, bourbon and oak notes as it warms. Endless vanilla and peppery rye on the palate. Smooth and decadent. Rich lingering melted cacao nib and bourbon goodness. Decadent stuff but maybe a touch hot on the finish.

Can thanks to Jeremy. Pours a hazy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is peach, sea salt, wheat. Slick body, peach flesh, wheat, salt, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Bottle shared with friends. Pours black, small ring of tanned head. Smell is rich, chocolate, vanilla, very straight forward, but with a certain copmlexity and finesse to it. Like a praline, more than a bombastic pastry stout. Taste is full, chocolate, intense, dark chocolate, yet not as roasty. very pastry. Liquid praline. Amazing ! sweet. One might discuss about the ease of making beers like this , but there's not to many of this quality out there !

Thnx to David Selle. pours black, no head. Smell is full, vanilla, intense, bourbon, chocolate. Awesome ! Taste is full, sweet, intense, bourbon, oak, vanilla. Waaw ! so damn good. Full bodied and mild carbo.
