GONZO Brewery - новая киевская мини-пивоварня (фактически - село Новые Петровцы), которая предлагает пиво сваренное по оригинальным рецептурам и собственной технологии. Пиво варится вручную на открытом огне. Оборудование сделанное по спецзаказу, сборное. Есть регулярные сорта, а также идут постоянные творческие поиски и эксперименты.

04.05.2019 -- on tap at old bar in kiev, 32 uah/0.25l pours a hazy pale golden with a small head. aroma of coriander, very much like a wit. sweeter than a typical wit though, with lemondrops and vanilla on the mouth. some citrus zest in the finish.

04.05.2019 -- on tap at old bar in kiev, 32 uah/0.25l. pours a hazy golden with a medium head. aroma of wheat ale: flowers, peaches, coriander, oranges. flavour of coriander, lemon, candy, hay. light body. very aromatic though.

04.05.2019 -- on tap at old bar in kiev, 47 uah/0.25l pours an almost clear golden with a small but dense head. aroma of citrusy and sprucy hops. flavour of spruce, herbs, just a hint of caramel malts in the finish. light and refreshing.

a witbier with coriander and orange flavours. spicy black pepper notes comes through. Not super clean. Old Bar Kiev

The lavender could not be in more perfect proportion. Extremely well balanced. Leaves me with a good impression, but a bit dry for a milk stout. Old Bar Kiev

A very nice aroma, good body, nice mouthfeel, just a bit too bitter and slight off from super clean. Old Brew Kiev

Nicely tart with a full round body, very low carbonation. But super clean and the mild fruit is absolutely perfectly balanced. Old Bar Kiev

Tap at Old Bar. Deep red with almost no head. Bright raspberries, light kick of salt. A bit weak but overall highly enjoyable.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in die Ukraine komme, finde ich Bier einer neuen Craft-Brauerei (das meistens sogar gut ist). So auch dieses. Ein klassisches APA, wie man es in Amerika auch finden könnte. Leichte Ansätze nach Früchten und Zitronenzeste sowie einem hopfigen Abgang.
