Bourbon, chocolate malt, and hay aroma. Black with minimal tan head. Very sweet chocolate, caramel malt, bourbon, and moderately bitter hay and alcohol flavor. Good body.

12oz can pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is dark chocolate some rich roast malts and a little ash. Taste is more of the nice dark chocolate touch of coffee and some ash on the end.

12oz can from brewery. Near black pour with a small tan head. Roasty, chocolate aroma. Taste is fairly rich, dark, roasty, light bitterness, dark chocolate. Pretty solid Stout.
