Really dark red-brown, beige head. The aroma is a pretty nice caramelized sugar, creme brulee, some dried brandy notes. The taste has that caramel without being too sweet malts, smooth mouthfeel and dry grassy hops. Pretty nice.

DRAFT at the brewpub. Hazy deep gold, creamy head. Fresh malty aroma, sweet bread, a tad mealy, not much hops though. Similar taste, fresh makes, light hoppy bitterness. Nice and clean, the finish is just a little harsh.

DRAFT at the brewpub. Hazy golden, creamy head. Some fruity esters, tart pine apple, a little grainy - yeah, a weizen, but not really so. The taste is even less weizen like - basically feels like their lagers - moderate clean malts, light spicy hops.

DRAFT at the brewpub. Hazy gold, creamy head. Fresh malty aroma, sweet bread, a tad mealy, not much hops though. Similar taste - fresh malts, light to moderate hoppy bitterness. The bitterness might seem a tad harsh, otherwise nice and clean.
