Almost clear golden, small white head. Some pils malts and light cooked fruit in the aroma, clean clear peppery spice and some cloves next. Similar taste - light malty fruity sugars, crisp peppery bitterness. Not as dry as I want my Saisons (especially in the sun), otherwise a nice straight Belgian pale.
