Crystal clear golden, big creamy white head. Gentle bready malts and a hint of cooked / cakey fruit, just a touch of spicy notes. The taste follows, just as immaculately clean and smooth, yet with a nice biscuity malty note and light clean spicy bitterness. Super clean mostly, yet not sterile. Excellent.
