Description
Du malt, des masses de houblon, des putains de levures et une grosse dose de métal. Extrêm beer for extrêm peoples.

The Brasserie Haarddrëch - Pure Fucking Ale Raisers was created in 2016 by Bertrand Declaron in Champis in Ardèche. Bertrand is a self-taught man who started out with a book on home brewing, one thing leading to another he put down his cabinetmaker's chisels for a fourquet (History does not say whether he built it himself.)

Fan of IPA, he naturally orients the Haarddrëch brewery towards this style which he quickly masters and is open to Russian Imperial Stouts and Sour (s). Carried by metal and extreme metal music, he was inspired by them and this current became his graphic charter and the names of the beers.

In February 2021, he moved for the third time and the Haarddrëch brewery placed its vats in Alboussière, still in Ardèche. The brewery switches to 666 hl production and Greg joins the team, doubling the production team. Niko the appointed graphic designer has set up his tattoo parlor on the premises.

Bottle shared in Fegersheim. A bit hazy yellow golden with white head. Sweet pineapple, dank juicy hops, spruce, light white cheese, eucalyptus, soft alcohol sweet malts and oats, a bit sugary, orange. Solid medium sweet and under medium bitter with some booze in the finish. Solid medium bodied. OK but a little harsh.
