This barley wine poured looking like apple cider. Minimal creamy, tan colour head. Minimal lacing. Scents include caramel, paint thinner, ripe fruit,… fermented fruit juice really. First swig had minimal carbonation with flavours of licorice, ripe fruit, cider, alcohol and burnt toffee. Finish is mildly bitter with heavy fermentation flavours lingering.

This stout poured a deep black colour with a creamy, tan coloured head. Nice lacing. Scents include caramel, medium roasted coffee, burnt malts and brown sugar. First swig was smooth and creamy. Nice notes of coffee, caramel, dark chocolate, sweeter roasted malts and more coffee. Finish is roasty as hell with coffee and caramel flavours lingering.
