Sample at the brewpub. This Cider is a clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Sparse spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of apple, malt and spices. Medium body with flavors of spiced apple, malt and yeast. The finish is fruity with an apple and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a clear golden color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse spots of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, pepper and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of citrus, jalapeno, wheat and doughy malt. The finish is fruity up front with a mild peppery aftertaste. Decent overall.

Light body with flavors of fruity wheat, grainy malt and slight hops. The finish is smooth with a fruity wheat aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear golden pour with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of malt, mild hops and fruit. Light-bodied with flavors of roast malt, grassy hops and fruit. The finish is malty up front with a mild grassy hop aftertaste. Slightly above average overall.
