Tap@Peders, Copenhagen (03/03/2022) - hazed milky yellow with a white head. Sweet fruity and juicy with a plethora of fruity notes, citrus and tropical medley ensues, citrus peel rindy bitterness, supportive sweet malty backing, light bitter hoppy close.

Bottle/Fest. A- Raspberries, chocolate. A- Black color, black liquid, minimal head. T- Raspberry hard candy, subtle vanilla, chocolate, medium sweetness. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Wow, this was good and know that I know Bottle Logic had a hand in it, that makes sense. Seemed too good just for a Lupulin brew. Very flavorful raspberry profile. Spot on flavor and like a chocolate covered raspberry candy. Sweetness is present but not too much to enjoy. Super good.

Bottle/Fest. A- Boozy, cocoa. A- Black color, black liquid, brown head. T- Oak, whisky, chocolate, faint spice. P- Full body, average texture, average carbonation, boozy finish. O- This was good but too boozy. The alcohol took over pretty much all flavor. Not sure if age or temperature would help because it's there just hidden behind the barrel.

The aromas are a blend of wet and dry grains plus a variety of citrus hops and an odd hint of sour milk. Flavors are like nose, minus the sour milk and citrus coming on stronger. A little more sweet than bitter up front ending up with great balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. It's a bit warm from the alcohol in the finish. Nice beer.

Nice mix of a modern and classic ipa. Easy drinking but par for the style. Good. Nothing unique. Beer temple Amsterdam
