Pint can pours with a chocolate brownie sort of colored body that supports a lasting dark tan head of foam. The aroma offers up nutty peanuts and peanut shells as well as faint murmurs of sweet malts and chocolate. The taste delivers a satisfying degree of peanut butter goodness that is right up front and also blending nicely with the other notes. I get a dash of sweet malts and molasses as well as a growing groundswell of dark chocolate to midway. The chocolate marries up nicely with the dominant peanut butter sensation. This is nice.

Draft. A- Cinnamon, spices, mild lime. A- Gold color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Lime, spice, salty, tart. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, tart finish. O- I got a pie flavor from here that I didn't expect. Some fairly strong spice and even a touch of graham cracker and vanilla. Lots of key lime tartness and salt on the palate. Pretty good.

I have a 12 oz can of Blissful Ignorance carrying a canned date of 5/25/21, let us proceed with this one. Pouring into a snifter from a Houston brewery, Buffalo Bayou, I detect a quite hazy yellow to orange liquid with a persistent near-white top. An alluring scent, grapefruit, some hoppiness and meadow. And the taste flies past the smell, there is tangerine, pineapple, grapefruit, pine needles, a pronounced sweetness offset by a light bitterness. A fine combination in my estimation. The moderately high abv is undetected, but that is all right. I'll feel it later. Good brew.

Deep but distinctively sanguine brown body, thin cream to tan head. Sharp raspberry aroma with a chocolate backdrop. Body less intense than the aroma hinted, with the neutral chocolate cake base mollifying the raspberry intensity. Nonetheless, the raspberry is ample long into the finish. Nice stuff. Thanks James G!

Cloudy golden beer, thick white head. Light, bittersweet fruit aroma. Flavour has grapefruit, bitter orange, zest, hops, some pine and a nice fresh, bittersweet finish. Straightforward flavours but punchy, well balanced and very drinkable.
