Can. A black beer with lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, and a bit of coffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, and chocolate, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft at Mikerphone. Pours a clearish gold with a full finger of white, fluffy foam. Lovely bready malt aromas with light honeyed bread as it warms. Smooth, but with a nice rounded body. More grain and bread on the finish. Very nice.

Can handed out at Beer Under Glass. Slightly hazy amber beer under a thick spongy head. Just a bit of phenol in the nose, as sometimes comes with amber roast. Taste is crisp and, dare I say it, autumnal. Caramel and molasses malts. There's a bit of a snap that could be put down to an earthy English hop, maybe also to a bit of oxydation. Definitely more a lighter version of an English Brown Ale than an amber ale, but that's how they're rolling.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a near clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank citrus and light sweet grains with a bit of tropical fruit backing. Flavor also had dank citrus with some rind and a bit of sweet grain in the finish.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight gold hue and a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of dank citrus with some melon and sweet grains supporting. Flavor has sweet melon and dank citrus with a touch of grass and some sweet grains.

Sampled from the tap at GTMW 2022. Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates slwoly to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of cinnamon and bourbon with sweet dark grains, vanilla and roast supporting. Flavor has lots of cinnamon and sweet dark grains supported by chocolate and bourbon notes.
