Sample at the Solace tasting room yesterday. Smells like a freshly struck match, with apples and vague cherry secondary. Pale yellow hue. Lightly sweet with strong sulfur character followed by the apple and hint of cherry. I was told the sulfur was coming from the sulfites in the bottle and that it would disappear after a short time. I would like to give this more of a chance and see if that’s true. In the meantime, I’ll give it some benefit of the doubt.

Sample at the Solace tasting room. Pale yellow pour with some white foam. Aroma is apples, wet stone. Taste is dry with flavors of apples, lotion. Kind of numbing like Vicks VapoRub. Eh.
