In 2022, at the start of the project, Rémi and Emma, passionate about beer and brewing expertise, initially working in breweries in Normandy and Picardy, decided to embark on a creative project.

It took hard work to bring this crazy project and lifelong dream to fruition for Emma and Rémi.

Brewed in the Opal Coast, our beers are the result of extensive research and fermentation, all made from selected malts, grains, and hops.

Made, bottled, and labeled in our workshop, our production is 100% artisanal and local.

Bottle. Color: Clear amber, large off-white head. Aroma: Malty, spicy and floral Saison yeast notes. Taste: Malty, sweetish, some honey, quite spicy Saison yeast notes. Medium body, below average carbonation. Dry-ish spicy and over moderate hopbitter finish. Nice one.
