Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Orangey amber gold colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of concentrated apple, syrup, caramel, booze. Taste is sweet, appley concentrate, syrupy, fruity, and earthy, woody, boozey, some nutty hints, with drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, full bodied, low carbonation, lingering sweet & dry tannic at the finish. Very sippable.

Bottle shared at craft beer junction tasting. 23/07/2025. A clear golden orange coloured pour with fine white head. Aroma is semi sweet creamy apple, custard, blackberry, cranberry. Super jammy, honey, super rich, blackcurrant. Honey. Sticky.
