Bottle #3213. Almost black color. Aroma: sweet, vanilla, whiskey, caramel, chocolate, candied fruit pastry. Taste: sweet, caramel, chocolate and coffee, vanilla, a little whisky, warms, very good.

Bottle #2523. Dark brown, almost black. Aroma: sweet, caramel, vanilla, Armagnac, chocolate, walnut partitions, complex but good. Strong taste, alcohol to the point of bitterness, whiskey and Armagnac, strong, warming, but the balance could be improved.

A lovely beer that we have shared with my wife, solid and floral ipa, dry malt with a lovely note of sweetness, notes of lychee, peach, tropical fruits, citrus, good quality of hop, lucky to get it at Amsterdam, during the last summer, 04.04 21, at Epalinges.

I have enjoyed a lot this ipa with Fred, at my flat, Epalinges. A generous and solid ipa for the style, boozy, malty, herbal and resinous, correct bitterness, citrus, not disgusting., 17.10.20
