A lovely beer that we have shared with my wife, solid and floral ipa, dry malt with a lovely note of sweetness, notes of lychee, peach, tropical fruits, citrus, good quality of hop, lucky to get it at Amsterdam, during the last summer, 04.04 21, at Epalinges.

I have enjoyed a lot this ipa with Fred, at my flat, Epalinges. A generous and solid ipa for the style, boozy, malty, herbal and resinous, correct bitterness, citrus, not disgusting., 17.10.20

Tap. Yellow, cloudy, white foam. Aroma: banana, yeast and wheat bread, a little clove. Taste: slightly sweet, banana, baguette, yeast and cloves, slightly bitter finish, a bit unbalanced.

450ml can. Pours slightly hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is smoked meat, citrus. Taste is medium sweet, smokey, citrus, caramel. Medium bitter finish. Full bodied. It's a bit of a weird combination of smoke, sweetness and bitterness.

500ml can from October 2024. Pours dark brown with no head. Aroma is roasted, malt, coffee, faint chocolate. Taste is sour and roasted. Light bitter finish. Medium bodied. Seems like a bad can or it’s simply too old.
