About
Jérôme Urli, originally from Brest, traveled to a few places beyond the Breton borders: Mayotte and Grenoble, before settling in the aptly named Breton Caribbean!

It was here that my partner decided to launch her business as a herb producer (Sentier des arômes).

It was here that I caught the craft brewing bug thanks to some friends (thanks Steven and Thomas!). I had fun experimenting with lots of different beers.

After exploring my career as a nurse and then as a trainer, I decided to embark on the adventure of La Pieuvre!

33cl Fles bij Le 220, Névez. Mistig lichtgouden kleur, witte kraag. Heel veel ‘holy basil’, wat wat droppig of anijsachtig smaakt, zoet, kruidig, licht tarwe, korianderzaad, lichtbittere finish. Lichte body. Tikje minder had gemogen.

330ml bottle, consumed in Port la Foret, Brittany. Pours an unclear gold, medium white head. Quite a spicy character, with strong coriander, floral.. no mention of spice or additions on the label so my assumption is it's a brewing fault, or they've used the wrong label on a witbier. Most odd.
