A brewery. A "Genusshotel" (opening August 2025) with a beer parlour (opening July 2025). Beer made from clear water of the Swiss Stockenawald spring: that's what we call SPELUCA.

Bottle, huge thanks Fil! Hazy golden body, lasting small off-whtie head. Buttery aroma, sweetish some maltiness. Oxidized tasste, herbal notes, butter, cardboard, lean, not too bitter... mlah. Thankfully not a typical Czech lager.

Bottle, thx Fil! Hazy yellowish body, off-white head. Eggy aroma, hay, bit yolky and malty, minerally dry. Lean, dry taste, floral hops, bit minerally, lightly tart. Okay, drinkable.

Thx to whoever got it, Fil I guess! Very dark brown body, off-white head. Green apple notes in the aroma, clear acetaldehyde, some coffee and citric touches too. The taste is nicer, caramelly, nutty, Tomislav-like raisin notes, soft, okay!

Bottle, huge thx Fil for sharing with us! Hazy pale golden-brown body, thick off-white head. Apples and bananas in the nice aroma, bit dry. Dryish taste, huge vanilla notes, some cloves, not much bitterness. A good weizen from a new brewery, what's not to like?
