Description
The Brasserie de Chambord was born from the meeting between passionate farmers from the Axereal cooperative and the Domaine national de Chambord, driven by the ambition to create a prestigious beer, reflecting the know-how of the local brewing industry while respecting the environment: farmers, grain collectors and maltsters from the Centre-Val de Loire region. This project aims to place a particular emphasis on local products, promoting proximity and collaboration between all stakeholders in the region, and to offer a beer of excellence in the French style.
