Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, bubbly head that rapidly dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit, solventy funk. Taste is sweet, tart, tangy, appley, some funky notes, with solvent, leather, and mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

6/8/2025. From BIAB at GBBF 2025. Dry, funky, solvent, apple aroma. Fairly sweet, farmyard notes. Some dryness to finish. Nicely done.
