75 cl corked bottle:
Deep golden colour. The head sizzles and disappears instantly. Apple juice aroma. Tastes like old winter apples. Somewhat fizzy. Somewhat dry on the gums. Drinkable but not very exciting.

Bottled ac Crêperie Medis, Stockholm. Clear golden. Buttery sweet apple aroma. Sweet and disturbingly thin with light sparkling mouthfeel. Very little in the way of acidity or yeastiness. Shorp finish with some apple skin bitterness. DUll and clean.

Cloudy light amber color; persistent thin head. Aroma of yellow apples and compôte. Quite sweet, of course, apple juice, but not without a light woody character at the end. Simple but enjoyable.

Bottled (4.5%). Hazy deep golden, lively upon opening. Yeasty aroma of red apple skins. Sweet and intensely sparkling. Spritzy and lively. Besides red apples I get yeast, leather and goat cheese. Quite light and a bit too sweet, but still rather complex.

Bottled. A hazy orange cider with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma is sweet apply with a light note of acidity. The flavor is sweet apply, with a somewhat weird artisanal note, anyways, an OK farmhouse cider.
