Bottle from the producer. Slight hazy golden with huge fizzy white head. Funky, dry apple, mineral, leather, apricot, dry apple peel, oak. Under medium seeet, light bitter. Medium bodied, solid dry and very strong fizzy carbonation.

Bottle from the producer. Very very lively pour. Clear yellow golden. Quite finky, crisp apple, soft caramel, green tannic apple peel, light woody, green leaves, grassy almost. Medium sweet, light bitter. Medium bodoed, a ton of carbonation. Glad I opened this now, this was very very pressurized in the bottle. Decent cider.
