On tap at Lahaska Tap Room. Hazy orange gold color. Small creamy beige head leaves spectacular lacing. Earthy, minty hop aroma. Flavor upfront is dank citrus. More mint and huge boozy notes. Lots of tangy fruit and hop bitterness. A hop lover’s delight.

Rating number 6,300. 375 ml bottle from Free Will Taproom at Peddler’s Village in Lahaska, PA. Number one with a bullet. As per back label on bottle, only 276 bottles were produced. Pours a hazy, honey gold color. Fluffy white head reduces to a small, creamy cap. Yeasty, earthy malt aroma leans toward oak and winey funk. Huge lemony hop notes on top of a crusty bread malt base. Soft and creamy; ripe and earthy. Complex, citrus farmhouse funk at it’s best.

16 oz can from James, thanks bud, 10/2/22. Unclear yellowish color, small white head. Fruity orange, lime, and lemon aroma. Pineapple. Slightly herbal. Good drinkability, though slightly muddled. Maybe a touch out of balance flavor wise, but overall it's pretty good.

Rating number 6,200. I wanted this to be something special. I purchased this 375 ml corked and capped bottle from the Free Will Taproom in Lahaska, Pennsylvania back in December of 2020. Bottled in July of 2018. Label says only 1,842 bottles were produced. Hazy, orange amber pour has a frothy beige head that goes finger high. Tangy, earthy yeast nose hints at dried stone fruit and preserved lemon. Tart fruity malt flavor has yeasty funk and notes of dried apricots. Soft, supple mouthfeel. Rich, earthy character. Medium bodied. An easy drinking, approachable farmhouse ale that offers wonderful flavor and complexity.
