Panda at home, thanks to SHIG, 19/11/21. Deep brown with reddish hues topped with a moderate tan head. Nose is tarte fruit rinds, vinous, light acidic nostril tickle, stewed fruits, damp hay, bitter sweet fruit esters. Taste comprises sharp fruit esters, tannins, light funk, dried cherry skins, damp oak, sherry tones, balanced acidic kiss. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte fruit wash and balanced mellow acidic tickle. Decent sour.

Canned, 238 ml, courtesy of and shared with the DC crew. Black with beige head. Chocolate, bourbon, some chili, cocoa, sweet, some bitterness in finish. Medium bodied.

28/10/2021. Keg at the Artichoke, Norwich. Pours clear dark amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of wood, fruit, berry, cherry, tobacco, red grape, rum barrel, tobasco, spiced tomato. Moderate sweetness and sour. Medium body, average carbonation. Dry astringent finish. Very good.
