Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie, Saturday 7th January 2017 sat in living room with Loz and Isobel. Pours dark brown in colour with some ruby red sparkles. Fruity, woody and tart with a shedload of bramble berry flavours. Really tangy and a good mouth awakener, dry finish. Good. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov16 3.6

Bottle from Dranken Geers, Oostakker, Nr Gent, Belgie consumed at Mum and Keiths, Kempsey, Nr Worcester, Worcestershire, Friday 30th December 2016 Pours murky dark brown without much of a head. Lots of brandy and molasses, sweet and boozy. Plenty of raisins resting in spirit, Scott says Pedro Ximinez (he’s right). Really decent. A6 A3 T7 P4 Ov15 3.5

Draught. Cloudy pale yellow with foamy whitish head, citrus aroma, high carbonation, medium bitter orange perl taste with some mango, thin body, long orange peel finish. Nice IPA.

Draught & The Growler Bites and Brews. Opaque dark brown with very small frothy beige head, wood and alcohol aroma, medium carbonation, strong woodsy taste compounded with roasted malt, mocha and underlying alcohol, full body, long bitter woodsy finish with alcohol aftertaste. Very strong and woodsy.

Bottle. Pours a hazy pink with small pinkish head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong funk, wood, grape, lemon. Medium body, wood, grape, berry, light dry finish, good.
