From tap at Café De Koffer, Groningen. As Free Will Orcestrated (2017). Big weird funk with grain, damp wood, nuts (?), lacto, straw, more complex funk throughout. Some fruity notes including tart apple. Raw grain. Medium sour, mildly acidic. Odd at first but it grew on me.

From tap at Café De Hazeburg, Ermelo. Aroma is lots of oak with cranberry, farmhouse funk, more red fruits. Hint of red wine. Woody funky vinous complexity. Tart and medium sour with a little cranberry sweetness. Moderate dry finish, medium body. Excellent.
