Draught at Canary Square, 11/2/16.
Thoroughly hazy, graham cracker-golden with a good-sized white head atop showing strong retention.
Had this alongside Dialed In and it’s quite amazing the similarities. Both have strong citrus (lots of lime and orange) with big kumquat and ripe nectarine tropical fruit notes. Both have a strong, rather aggressive yeast character with plentiful hop bitterness. Despite the grape must additions, Dialed comes off less sharp and aggressive. Still, demo seven is juicy and bright despite its strength/ intensity and it still provides plenty of enjoyment there as well as having a very soft, malty body with proper attenuation and carbonation.

Draught at Canary Square while dressed as a woman on Halloween 2016.
Thoroughly hazy, golden-maize body looks the part and is topped by a good-sized, white head with good retention.
Lush tropical fruits in the nose show mango, pineapple and strong lemon as the malt in the background provides honey and biscuit. Good strength of aroma to it with light bits of resin here and there and a touch strong on the ester character, reminding very much of Trillium in that regard.
Soft, malty and wheat-laden texture is filled with tight, engaging carbonation. Good attenuation, as well. Teaming with tropical fruits, it’s no doubt very juicy. The bitterness gets a little strong as the beer progresses, and there is a strong ester/alcohol profile and a slight dearth of malt sweetness to balance the acidity.
