Bottle. Deep dark brown color. Pours a huge head. Oak, vinous notes, caramel, grapes and bubblegum in the aroma. Thin. Sweetish, vinous, grapes oak. You can really taste the cognac. Upcoming hint of sourness. Tobacco, caramel. Quite pleasant and complex.

Bottle, dark brown color. Pear, oak, caramel and vanilla in the complex aroma. Sourish, oaky flavor with caramel, licorice, vanilla, Porto and vinous notes. Bubblegum. White pepper, complex, nice.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, reddish-brown colour with average, frothy, diminishing, beige head. Rather weak, sweet-ish, slightly bready, dark malty aroma, hints of caramel, whiffs of coffee, unspecific, fruity hoppy overtones. Taste is sweet, bitter and metallic, caramel malty and minimally fruity hoppy. Watery texture, somehow repellent, cold, metallic palate, coarse, prickly carbonation. Quite anaemic and monotonous, the few flavours feel thin like only coating a glass plate - poor.

Fles van Jumbo supermarkt. Donkergeel bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzoet met iets van ananas, wat abrikoos en een vleug honing. Erg goed.
