Description

Brouwersnös brouwt verder op de plek waar het ooit allemaal begon. In de Achterhoek, in Groenlo bij de historische villa aan de Grolse gracht wordt weer bier gebrouwen. En hoe! In onze moderne brouwerij vergisten we ons bier drie keer en dat is uitzonderlijk! De eerste vergisting op de klassieke manier in open kuipen, vervolgens in gesloten tanks en dan nog eens op de fles. Hierdoor behoudt ons Brouwersnös bier zijn intense aroma’s, krijgt het een fijne schuimkraag en is langer fris en vol van smaak

Fles gekregen van Roelzie. Het is een troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout, bloemige tonen en honing. De smaak is moutig, zacht zoet, licht kruidig en een honing afdronk.

Bottle at home, darker brown beer, small head. Aroma is sweet, plums, dark ripe fruit, fruit, malt, caramel. Taste is the same, sweet, fruit, plums, light bitter, grainy dustiness, ok

Bottle at home. Not sure how much the same this is as the original Yellow Moon beer... 5.6% abv. Hazy yellow golden with white head. Wheat, bready malts, caramel, soft yeast, elderflower, toffee, maybe a hint of lemongrass but it's very subtle.edium sweet, less bitter. Creamy medium bodied. Actually quite a decent beer, much better than other beers I've had from this brewery.
