Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Hazy pale golden colour, good moussy white head, good retention and lacing. Aroma pale malt, lemon, orange peel, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, orange peel, herbal notes. Medium body, watery texture, soft carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, clean, orange pith, mineral notes, nice.

33cl bottle from Jumbo supermarket in Stein, Netherlands. F: huge, egg-white, very long lasting. C: coppery, hazy. A: malty, apples, banana, spicy, honey, floral, bit bready. T: full malty base, banana, honey, apples, spicy, nice balanced bitterness, bit more on the sweet side yet not bad for the style, smooth mouthfeel, high bit disturbing carbonation (it took 2-3 minutes to pour the bottle), all in all enjoyable beer.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before September 2024. Hazy, very dark ruby with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally fruity aroma of caramel, some raisins and a touch of nuts. Slightly sweet, malty, gently bitter, moderately roasty and a little fruity taste of caramel, burnt bread crust, toasted nuts, dark chocolate and traces of raisins, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel average carbonation. Quite harsh for a Bock, fairly roasty as well, not really my cup of tea.
