Bottle, 5.5%. Citric and fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Big stable white head. The flavour is fruity, but more like old papery fruit than fresh and juicy fruit. Low bitterness. Still has more than ayear and a half until BB date, but does not taste fresh at all.

Bottle 33cl. partly wrapped in paper from a Jumbo supermarket @home poured into a teku glass. Clear medium amber colour, fair frothy white head, half-way lasting, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, toffee, candy sugar. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, prickly mouhfeel, dry earthy and metallic notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dryish sweetbitter aftertaste, cardboard, peppery on the tongue, quite harsh impression, unsatisfactory.

Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. dark yellow clear color, small white head. smells tobacco, earthy, some ripe fruits, bit belgian yeasty, toffee. nice smell overall. full body, soft sparkly carbonation. tastes sweet, caramel, toffee, bit soapy, herbal, coriander, thyme, some warming alcohol. finishes lightly sweet and bitter with notes of herbs, caramel and some toffee. decentish, but not a lot going on for that kind of ABV.

Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells earthy, grassy, peppery, ripe fruits, light candy, toffee, tobacco. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes candy, sweet, toffee, tobacco, bit herbal, light berry notes, caramel. finishes sweet and bit bitter with notes of tobacco, herbs and berry notes. a bit heavy but overall quite drinkable.

Bruin bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is licht bitterzoet en warm. Verder kan ik helaas niet thuis brengen wat de smaak nu specifiek maakt, het is geen karamel en ook geen fruit. Absoluut niet slecht maar er zijn echt veel betere quadrupels. Jammer.

Geel bier met stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is kruidig en licht bitter hoppig met iets van graan, wat hooi en een heel licht zuurtje. Daarnaast lijkt het wel of een iets van peper door zit.

Taster at home courtesy of Sander, big thanks. black color, small coffee colored head. smells coffee, spices, herbal, nutty, bit rubbery, toffee, soapy. decent to nice smell overall. full body, pearly carbonation. tastes coffee, earthy, peppery, spices, bit leathery, herbal, some sweetness. finishes light to medium roasty bitter with notes of of leather, pepper and sweet coffee. decentish, not the biggest fan of this though, too much carbonation for a stout, flavours rather muddled.
