Vanwege de jarenlange hechte vriendschap tussen de brouwerijen Einbecker en Brouwersnös Groenlo hebben we samen een uniek Bockbier gebrouwen. Zachtzoet, fruitig, Vollmundig, zoals Ein-Bock hoort te zijn. 7,5% alc. en mooi warm rood/bruin van kleur.
Een hartverwarmend, zachtzoetig bokbier met tonen van chocola en koffie. Bockbier zoals hij bedoeld is.

33cl Fles van Antonius, Groenlo. Donkerbruine kleur, beige kraag. Donker fruit, chocolade, licht moutig, licht gebrand, hint van koffie. Medium body. Degelijke Bock.

Bottle at home, brown amber beer, small head. Aroma is malt, caramel, light roast, light liquorice. Taste is bitter, sweet, malt, grain, roast, bitter dry aftertaste. not bad.

0.33 l bottle from 'Het Biermoment', best before September 2024. Hazy, very dark ruby with a medium large, foamy, slowly diminishing, beige head. Sweetish-malty, minimally fruity aroma of caramel, some raisins and a touch of nuts. Slightly sweet, malty, gently bitter, moderately roasty and a little fruity taste of caramel, burnt bread crust, toasted nuts, dark chocolate and traces of raisins, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly roasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel average carbonation. Quite harsh for a Bock, fairly roasty as well, not really my cup of tea.
