Big cork and wire bottle, thanks to Finn. Shared with him, Synny and Lunde during a tasting session at Vervet. Creamy, fawn-coloured head, spotty lacing, black in the glass. Inviting aromas of caramel and chocolate. Flavoured with dark chocolate malts, some dried fruits, wood, and caramel. Mid-sweet roasted finish with warmth from the alcohol. Slow sipper qualities. Draught at the Wildeman, Amsterdam. Poured a clear yellow golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a crisp, fresh, herbal, citrus, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

Donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is warm en krachtig, licht fris fruitig bitterzoet met duidelijk een vleug whiskey, wat koffie, abrikoos en bramen. Een heel goed bier.
