Floral, slight citrus tang, easy drinking. Pretty good from FF.

Slightly hazy orange with a medium sized head that left good lacing . Tangy and sweet with honey and vague berry and a musty, yeasty and somewhat boozy undertone. Long finish. Full bodied.

Can, another salt and sea from the fish. Smell is somewhat attractive, with its mild pineapple perfume. Color is simply pale lager, nothing special. Hey, now some mango starts to attack the olfactory, pretty strong too. Taste is fruity, a little better than the last salt n sea I had, that silly blackberry. This one comes across a little better, it's a little more balanced. Very good level of co2 as well. This may be the better of the 3 S&S fish brews I've had. In the middle there is a little bit of that processed feel, but not like the others. I typically do not like mango or pineapple in my brews, but I have to admit, its not too bad. Yea, I could possibly drink another of these but maybe I'm just quite thirsty.

1$ can from the bargain shelf. Nose is very nice, realistic blackberry on the olfactory. Color is just plain old pale ale, but it has a very good head, big white and frothy. Pretty good initial flavors, including some salt but the fruits seem a little processed. Pretty good level of co2. Towards the end, the odd fruity thing starts to get on my nerves and nearly ruins the drinkability of it. Probably would not do more than 1.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a pretty thin tan head, only showing a centimetre or two above the 80 per cent opaque deep dark brown body. Aroma of super artificial and sweet caramel notes with a ton of sugars noticeable here showing the lactose, cream and especially the caramelised sugars and toffee. Medium-bodied; Very sweet and super artificially flavoured caramel drives this flavour with a good deal of malts for support, but the caramel shows fake and odd, while being very sweet with little else aside from some light lactose, vanilla and cream. Aftertaste shows a lot of the malts with only a dash of graininess to couple with the significant sugars here and ending with a lot of earthiness, but the fake caramel is by far the strongest. Overall, a decent enough beer that is good, especially if you like caramel candy and the artificial sweetness that goes well with a 'caramel coffee' or something similar, but this is a bit contrived as executed here for the beer, but not a bad beer by any means. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Laurel, Maryland on 13-December-2022 for US$4,49 sampled on the streets of New York, New York with my wife and my kids on 15-January-2023.
