16oz can. Bartender was boosted about this one when I was in Philly. Kind of an old school caramel malt IIPA to me. Certainly has some deep IBU action, deep bitterness. Not much going on, wouldn’t want a 4pack.

This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a soft hazy yellow color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within less than a minute. Light lacing speckles in a messy bubbly lacing sticking around the glass.
The smell had a big burst of sweet and bitter citrus, a little bit of pine, and just a slight caramel maltiness underneath.
The taste took all of those previously mentioned flavors to combine and allow a quick dry citrus aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation is there as a session IPA bringing about the harshness in the bitterness appropriately.
Overall, as a session IPA, it fits the bill with an awesome flavor quick to please hopheads.

Bottom of the can stamped \"canned on 04/24/2015.\"
This was poured into a nonic pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange to amber color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated leaving speckled sticky foamy lacing around the glass.
The smell had a huge fresh citrus sweet hoppiness running over some light freshly cut grass and a light underneath of sweet to semi-bitter pine.
The taste had a full bittersweet citrus to light underneath of sweet caramel malts. A semi-lingering bittersweet citrus/caramel aftertaste leads to a semi-dry bittersweet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Carbonated nicely as an AIPA, still a nice bittersweet harshness hits my tongue nicely.
Overall, I say this was a wonderful AIPA that I would love to have again.

Sampled on draft at River House this beer poured a hazy caramel color with a medium sized creamy beige head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tangy, sweet and fruity with notes of citrus and pine. The flavor was tangy and sweet citrus, pine, grapefruit and a hint of tobacco. Long tangy mixed hops and tobacco finish. Medium body. Solid.

Indeed it’s been good (I have no idea what I meant writing this in my notes). Some light bitterness in finish, some roast. Black pour with decent head and lacing. Shared at tasting.

12 oz. can purchased at The Beer Shoppe, Ardmore, PA. Pitch black color with thin off white head. Aroma is faint vanilla, chocolate and caramel.

Faint vanilla, moderate chocolate, mild level of creaminess on the mouth. Almost like it was nitro instead of Co2. Overall, very enjoyable and would try more from this brewer.

Hey, this is a great beer I have one clue! :) Thanks AFH for bringing this up from PA. Pitch black, with brown edges, nice creamy head. Creamy, some almond, cream, vanilla, nice nose. Wow. Really creamy mouthfeel. NICE. Chocolate, nutty, a little too sweet. I like this, very drinkable. nice name :)
