Black with thin head. Aroma has intense coffee. Really burnt and with hints of vanilla. Texture is oily. Flavour has melted dark chocolate. Lots of bitter coffee and sweet chocolate and vanilla. Aftertaste gets slightly savoury, almost like soy sauce.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 09/10/19. Clear light cherry red to pink with a decent faded crimson cap. Nose is light cherry skins, grass, airy malts, hay. Taste comprises tangy cherry drops, light yeast esters, hay bale, faint breads, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light dryness in the close. Decent enough refreshing simple sour.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 09/10/19. Pitch black with a well presented lasting tan head. Nose is big on coffee grinds, toffee, chocolate biscuit, dark malts, toasted brown sugar. Taste comprises coffee cake, sweet malts, cocoa sprinkle, coffee grinds, brown sugar melt, light roast, toffee fudge, Rocky roads. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced boost. Solid coffee affair that drinks pretty easy.

Tap @ Beer. Temple. Oily hops and tropical fruit in the herbal aroma. Tea, Sharp citric hopbitter notes in the flavor. Herbal, hint of cardboard. Nice.
