Reddish color and a small pinky head. Nose is spicy, cinnamon and cherries. Good body for just 4,5%. Malty-fruity taste, vanilla and cinnamon. Good balance,.

On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a hazy ruby with large pink head that lasts. The aroma is cherry, spice, yeast. Thin body, sweet cherry, light cinnamon, lacto, good.

Keg at 73 Enid Street, 09/10/19. Clear light cherry red to pink with a decent faded crimson cap. Nose is light cherry skins, grass, airy malts, hay. Taste comprises tangy cherry drops, light yeast esters, hay bale, faint breads, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light dryness in the close. Decent enough refreshing simple sour.

Tap. Clear red orange, light pink foam. Spicy nose, vanilla, cinnamon. Topfen, light cherry, cinnamon. Medium light mellow body. All right, fairly focused on the spices, but fairly drinkable, light tartness would be good perhaps.

Tap. Clear red-orange color with big-bubbled foam. Aroma is cherry, vanilla, cinnamon. Taste ia cinnamon, cherry, vanilla, dusty. Foamy high carbonation. Totally weird, but it kinda works :D

(Draught at Muted Horn, Berlin, 27 Aug 2017) Reddish amber colour with frothy, pinkish head. Fruity nose with notes of cherries, almonds, raspberries and vanilla. Malty, fruity taste with cherries, cranberries, vanilla, almonds and a slightly sweetish finish with low bitterness and a slight tartness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty, fresh and fruity. Nice one.

Vom Fass im Muted Horn Berlin 2017-08 getrunken. Sehr gut balancierte Frucht- und Gewürznoten denn diese dommieren dieses Bier nicht, sondern bleiben im Hintergrund. Auch durch die leichte Frucht wirkt alles zusammen sehr süffig. Die nur 4,5% ergeben aber ein überaschend kräftiges Aroma, das man eher auf 6% tippen würde. Dieses Bier ist ein richtig feines Teil. (Keg at Sori Taproom, 20170517) The beer pale ruby red and clear. Its head was medium sized and lightly pink. Aroma had cherries and cinnamon bun. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, cinnamon bun, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, sweet and bitter. A confusing spicy brew.
