From cask. Pours hazy brown with a small tan head. Aroma is mild fruity, slight yeasty and light roasted caramel. Mild bitter, slight fruity and caramelish. Lasting sweet and light roasted malty finish.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy straw yellow color with a large frothy white head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of grainy wheat notes and citrus. The taste is pale wheat notes, grain, citrus, tropical and floral notes. Thin bodied.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear golden color with a thin fizzy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of grain, some toastiness and a floral note. The taste is grain, toasted malts, and a faint hop finish. Medium bodied.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a dark brown color with a large dense creamy brown head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of intense chocolate, roasted malts and coffee. The taste is chocolate, roasted malts, coffee, sweet caramel, faint oat and cherry notes, faint hoppy finish. Medium-full bodied. Nice beer.

Served on draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy brown color with a large creamy tan head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel, toffee and banana. The taste is caramel, nuts, banana, light roasted malts and a bitter hop finish. Medium bodied. Both creamy and crisp. Nice beer.

Aroma of toasted malts and a bit of a buttery note. The taste is toasted malts, stone fruits, a bit of a tropical note and a faintly hoppy finish. Medium bodied.

Served on draft at the brewpub on 4/30/11. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a medium sized creamy offwhite head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of floral and citrus hops with a significant malty presence. The taste is intense citrus and resiny hops with a tropical and leafy hop finish. Medium bodied. Hop bomb, but fairly nice.

Tart aroma with wheat notes and a roasty finish. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, wheat and a faintly tart fruity finish. Medium bodied.

Served on draft at the brewery on 3/18/11. Pours a clear golden color with a medium frothy white head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of floral, grassy and peppery hops with bready malts. The taste is bready malts with a sweet finish, floral and grassy hop notes. Crisp and clean. Medium bodied. Nice beer.
