Fresh growler from the brewery. Pours a dark, hazy ruby red color with a medium tan head Average head retention and lacing. Aroma is caramel, chocolate, bitter resin and citrus hop notes. Taste is more hop assertive than the aroma, with bitter pine and resin hop notes followed by light roast and chocolate. Thin-medium bodied. The beers don’t quite meld together that well, but this is interesting nonetheless.

So maniac and phukktifano and I go to this brewery SIX DAYS AGO. We expect nothing new will be here, but we call ahead. TWO NEW BEERS! This place has been open just over 5 months and they have over twenty beers. That’s just insane. Pours a hazy peach color with a large head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramel, toffee and stone fruits. Taste is toffee, caramel, cotton candy, spice, pineapple, melon, apple and light alcohol. Full bodied. Quite nice.,

Served on draft at the brewery. A 4% hop bomb... nice concept. Pours a slightly hazed copper color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Strong hop aroma with notes of peach, pineapple, citrus, resin and melon. Taste of citrus and resiny hops. Lacking on malt character but still well balanced and very nice. Fairly dry. Medium bodied.
