Taste is toasted malts with some fruity notes and nicely balanced bitter hops. Medium bodied. Maybe the best vienna lager I have ever had. Bravo.
I have had this numerous times over the years and I have always been very pleased by it. Rerating it because even the old score (3.8) doesn’t do it justice.

Served on draft at the brewery on opening day. I didn’t see a nitro tap at the bar, but this looked to be from a nitro tap from the head, that had bubbles so small the head looked solid. Defnitely high retention and lacing. Aroma is roasted malts, smoke and caramel. Slightly bitter taste of caramel and roasted malts. Thin bodied and it seems like something is missing here.
