This beer is really a pale ale, dry, decent bitterness, good dosis of hop. There is a side sour due to the fermentation, not bad, 10.09.17, at Prélaz, buying it at Montagny.

It is a regular pale ale, on the way, maybe that you could have more hop, even though it is a good one, a bit watery at the final, 12.07.17, at Prélaz, from Siebenthaler at Montagny.

It is a regular beer, for a Belgian ale you could expect something with more body and aromas but is drinkable, malty, touch of honey, 09.08.17, purchased at Montagny, tasting it at Prélaz.

From de Siebenthal, at Montagny, I was pleasantly surprised by this beer, good ipa, malty for the style, a bit fruity, good bitterness, drinking it at Epalinges.
