Bottle @ Pastry Diabeetus Fest 2018. Pours deep dark red, still. Aromas of blackberries, black currants, lightly floral, subtle cherry. Taste has blackberries, black currants, berry tartness, floral honey, super jammy finish. Delicious!

Bottle pours out banana color, nose is sweet honey vanilla and plenty toasted banana notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey banana forward and some vanilla cream.

500 ml bottle from the Meadery, 10/10/19. Clear orange, small, bubbly head. Sweet aroma, lots of honey and pineapple. Sugary thing that has to be coming from the caramelizing is quite prominent in the flavor and covers up some of the usual floral flavor that a lot of their less adjunct-forward meads. This one is both really sweet and really tasty.

Bottle from Melovino, 7/22/19. Nice darker reddish color. Fruity aroma, raspberry and vanilla. Sweet. Really nice, but a touch too sweet to drink more than a smallish pour. 8/4/7/3/16
