Bottle from the Meadery, 12/13/24. We still got a shit ton of Melovino ticks hiding in the cellar, as I've discovered lately. Pours a dark purplish-reddish color. Aroma it's big old blueberry juice with some vanilla and grape notes. Honey is pretty covered by the adjuncts on this one. 8/4/7/3/16

Bottle from the Meadery, straight out of the mead cellar, 11/27/24. Clear gold. Honey, apple, floral notes, and cider spices up front. Pepper comes through on the finish. Nice mix of flavors.

375ml bottle pours out dark red purple color. Nose is nice mix of cherry berries and currants. Taste is more of the nice sweet honey and great fruit mix.

Bottle shared at tasting. Dark brown color, red hue. No head. Aroma is strong red fruit and strawberry jam. Flavor is hmm, well, hard to describe. Somehow it doesn't really work, but I can't get my finger on it. Don't get any bourbon btw. Still, I think there's potential. 7-7-6-6-7

Fles gedeeld door Keukenman en gedronken met Benzai en Tomhendriksen. Donkerrood en helder. Aroma van wijn. De smaak is vol en zoet met kersen en druivensmaak. Weinig nasmaak.

Fles gedeeld door Keukeman, geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Inoven en Benzai. Hey is een diep donkerbruin bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een aroma van rood fruit en hout. De smaak is vol, zoet en fruitig met tonen van rood fruit.

500 ml bottle from Melovino, 8/3/22. Released back in 2019 I believe. Clear golden color, pretty much no head. Aroma is floral and bright honey, bit of candied peach thing. Clean and bright. Very drinkable. I really gotta start working my way through the meads in my cellar. This is really nice.

Bottled shared at Farewell to Ferndale share. Thanks to whoever brought this bottle! Pours a clear honey gold. Nice legs in the glass. Honey, white grape and must aromas. Palate shows more grape and honey. Smooth and simple pyment.
