Slightly piney and minimally soapy, herbal, hoppy aroma, pale malty background. Taste is slightly piney, bitter and minimally waxy, hoppy, pale malty basis, a touch of banana; mineral finish. Watery texture, dry palate, medium, lively to fizzy carbonation. Simple, monotonous, boring, way overcarbonated - Dit is Berlin, wa!?

Taste is grainy, strawy, pale malty a sweet-ish touch of butterscotch, some bitter hop. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to coarse, lively carbonation. Simple, monotonous, way overcarbonated - nope.

Schöne Menge Hefe die da durchs Glas wabert. Guter Kompromiss bei der Konsistenz. Weich und sämig, aber genug Kohlensäure, um das ganze recht lebendig zu machen. Gekochte und frische Früchte, sämiges Getreide, blumige Nuancen. Eine seltsame bittere, medizinische Note ruiniert das alles leider. Erinnert an Erdbeeren, die deutlich ihre besten Tage hinter sich haben und dringend den Weg allem Irdischen Richtung Biotonne antreten sollten. Die reine, bittere Note ist auch zu heftig, zu unharmonisch und viel zu lang nachklingend. Schade, das Bier macht ansonsten vieles richtig gut.

Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Trocken herber Getreidebeginn, minimale Süße. Das Bier bleibt trocken, ansteigende Bitterkeit, wenig hopfig. Zum Ende würziger und auch interessanter, eher unsüffig, dafür erfrischend. 8/7/7/9/8/8
