Brewskival 2017. Black with a tan head. Aroma of dark malt, chocolate, oak and some bourbon. The same in the taste. The body was kind of full and the finish long.

[ As Örebro Brygghus Passion Für Berlin ].Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, citrus, lemon, citric, dough, baking yeast, lemony. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart lemon, citrus, dough, citric. 4 oz. draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Aroma is mild passion fruit, lactic acid, sour grain. The flavor has sharp lactic acid and massive pucker. Actually hurts my taste buds a bit. A bit to intense for my own tastes. But I did love this brewers saison.

4 oz. draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Aroma has a great yeast presence, rustic grain. Rustic grain backbone, Yeast is very pronounced. Mild lingering tartness is here. The nice thing is it doesn't come off sour. The yeast drives the brew. I love this!

Draft at CBC: pours hazy yellow with no head. Aroma is a dirty passion fruit smell. Taste is sour and very passion fruity. Quite interesting. I liked it.
