750mL bottle, pours a hazy dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of spicy, fresh ginger, and some crisp apple skins. Flavour is pretty intense on the spicy ginger, with the crisp apple skins taking a backseat. Nice strong carb. Not complex but it’s clean and bright. Solid enough.

Hazy, dullish pale. Aroma has a lot of ginger and a little bit of apple. Light tartness, medium tannins. The ginger feels like it's needed, to give a bit of depth to the apple. Gentle effervescence. I don't mind this.

Poured from 750mL bottle purchased from the Beach Fire Brewing fridge in Campbell River (2024 vintage). Chill hazed blonde gold with minimal white head. Nice full ginger aroma, taste is a little muted. Okay.

750mL bottle. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Lots of ginger and floral apple skins on the nose. Flavour has a lot of ginger and floral notes with light apple skins. Fairly dry. The concept is fairly simple, but it was well-executed.
