Description
After growing up in Burgundy in a wine-growing environment, Martin discovered amateur brewing in 2014. After an internship at a Burgundy wine estate, he finally turned to beer. An internship at Brasserie de l'Être and two years at Brasserie Platypus confirmed this vocation. It was in 2021 that he embarked on his own adventure by creating Brasserie Les Danaïdes.

Draught @ Biere a Lille 2025. Can't pass up an imperial lichtenhainer aged in Marc de Bourgogne barrels.. exactly how I hoped it would be.. light wisp of smoke complimenting a soothing barrel sweetness. Nice.
